3. Add another device for punching holes. During the strip pressing process, the holes are punched out according to the interval set by the user. Up to 16 holes can be punched.

4. In response to the requirements of the new-style corner tile press, the requirements for punching double holes in the middle of the profile, change the punching die with 4 holes for the side holes to a die with 2 holes, and modify the procedure for punching the side holes, so that the punching equipment for the side holes can punch out in the middle. Double holes, and the hole distance is set by the user, and 8 sets of double holes are punched.

The angle relief tile press will be equipped with a lubrication system. When the machine is running, it will automatically lubricate all the bearings, the moving guide rails of the transmission gear mechanism and other parts. The angle relief tile press machine can be installed and used alone, but it needs to be manually loaded and unloaded. It can also be equipped with an automatic loading rack, unloading manipulator, extruder, tile cutting machine, blank feeding machine and tile conveyor line. The billet production line does not require manual operation.

During the production process, the user can adjust the pressure of the oil pressure according to the production needs. Compared with the products produced by ordinary tile press equipment, the produced tiles have uniform force, high molding density and are not easy to break.
