Hydrocyclone Specification

Hydrocyclone is a kind of separation device of solid-liquid and liquid-liquid by centrifugal force field. It has been wildly applied for solution clarification, edulcoration and refine; and light-heavy two-phase liquid separation. It has features of high capacity, high separation efficiency, small space occupied, low cost and etc.

CSX Series Hydrocyclone

This series is a high separation efficiency of solid-liquid hydrocyclone with features of rational structure design, high separation accuracy, high separation efficiency, large capacity, small space occupied, low cost and etc.

Application

Drilling slurry purification, Crude oil and oily water sand removal and washing, petroleum product purification, Oil sludge treatment and other fields.

HL Series Hydrocyclone

This series hydrocyclone adopted overlenghth cone design with higher separation factors. It has features of fine separation size, high separation accuracy, low energy cost and etc.. It is a solid-liquid separation device with high efficiency in oil water separation, light-heavy oil separation and mioro-fine partical material.

Application

Oilfield produced water crude oil dehydration, Low oil content oily sewage, Treatment of water for well-flushing, Light-heavy oil separation in crude oil storage tank, Oil-sludge treatment and other fields.

Drilling Fluid Solid Control System Solution

Drilling fluid from drilling platform will bring out a lot of rock debris and slurry during circulation process. It could only be cyclic utilized by desanding and desilt.

Slurry Solid Control Equipment

1. Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen for drilling fluid is the first stage of drilling fluid solid control system. It also plays the most important part in slurry purification system. We could provide different model or specification vibrating screen to meet different space and environment requirement.

2. Mud Cleaner

Mud cleaner is the second or third stage of drilling fluid solid control system. The purpose is to remove fine particle rock debris from drilling fluid to reduce harmful solid content.

(1) Desander

• High desander efficiency and separation accuracy which could separate 40-75μm solid particles;

• Light, easy installation, wear-resistant, ageing resistant and long working life.

(2) Desliter

• For 25-40μm solid particles, with low quantity of slurry at underflow;

• Each hydrocylone unit circular distribution with high efficiency of desilter and separation.

(3) Desander&Desliter All-in-one Machine

This is an all-in-one machine combined desander hydrocyclone, desilter hydrocyclone and liner vibrating screen.

• Compact structure designed;

• Small space occupied.

(4) Hydrocyclone&Vibrating Screen Mud Purifying Device

This is one of our patent products. It is a combination unit combined high efficient hydrocyclone and high frequency screen. It replaced current desander, desilter and matched dewatering machine and combined two stages into one stage which could complete desander and desilter work at the same time.

• With less hydrocyclone units and simple structure, small space occupied;

• Large partilcle size fine fraction classification is realizable;
