Fishing bumper sub is a kind of mechanical jarring tool. It can repeatedly jar on stuck drill stem, make stuck point loose and release, if lifting and jarring cannot release stuck, it still can rotate and make releasing fishing tools to release fish. When fishing bumper sub work with mechanical internal cutter, it can make internal cutter get a preset constant forward force, so that it can make sure stable cutting. When it works with back off tools, it can compensate a up stroke for connection after backing off.
