WH type-slider coupling (JB/ZQ4384-97 replaces JB/ZQ4384-86, formerly known as KL). The structure of the slider coupling is similar to that of the cross slider coupling, the difference is that the middle cross slider is a square slider. Use the middle slider to slide in the corresponding radial grooves on the end flats of the half-couplings on both sides, to realize the connection of the two half-couplings. The allowable compensation amount of the slider coupling: axial △x=1~2mm, radial direction △y≤0.2mm, angular direction △α≤40′.
This type of coupling has high noise, low efficiency, and fast wear. Generally, it should not be selected as much as possible. It is only used for very low speed occasions. The slider coupling specified in this standard is suitable for oil pump devices or other occasions with small transmission torque. It has the performance of compensating the relative offset of the two axes, shock absorption and buffering. It’s working temperature is about -20~70°C. The transmission nominal torque is 16~500N.m.
