The DYX-A hydraulic liner hanger is hydraulically set by applying pressure through the run-in string. A setting ball is circulated or dropped to a ball seat built into the landing collar. Applied pressure acts on the internal piston and moves slips up the cone to the set position.
The DYX-A is to be set hydraulically, which is designed for in all types of wells.
Working with SQ setting-set carrier, the DYX-A is suitable for
applications in horizontal or highly-deviated wells.
The piston sealing element is made from nitrile/fluorine rubber for high pressure and temperature ratings.
Main parts are fabricated with high-strength alloy steel providing high burst/collapse resistance.
The hydraulic Liner hanger mainly realizes tail pipe suspension through hydraulic transmission. It is widely used in oil and gas wells, technical tail pipe of salt brine wells and geothermal wells and production tail pipe cementing.
