Roller Centralizer

Saigao roller centralizer is set in the design position of pipe string, tighten the locating pin, and run it into the well. When the pipe string is into the kick-off section and horizontal section, the roller centralizer is used for centralizing the casing string at any position in wellbore, to avoid the casing close to the wall of well. And change the sliding of casing closing to the wall of well into roller rolling in the centering device, to reduce the running friction resistance to a minimum. 

It is mainly used for casing centralizing during well completion of high-deviated wells and horizontal wells, it can change the sliding friction with the wall of well to rolling friction when running casing, and can effectively reduce the friction resistance of running casing. 

In addition, the right-hand spiral groove also has a self-cleaning effect; it can change the forced condition if the casing string meets resistance, to ensure that the casing can be run smoothly during operation. 

The roller centralizer can also play a role in removing the mud cake on the wall of well, improving the displacement efficiency of cement slurry. It is an indispensable cementing tool for completion operations of high-deviated wells and horizontal wells.
