The circulation system of the drilling rig machine mainly includes drilling pumps, surface manifolds. In downhole power drilling, the circulation system is also responsible for the task of transmitting power.

Ⅱ. Application of drilling pump in drilling rig machine

Drilling pumps are used to circulate drilling fluid during drilling and are the heart component of the drilling fluid circulation system. It is mainly composed of two parts, the power end and the hydraulic end.

Technical performance characteristics of drilling pumps

1. Power end: The shell is a welded structure, and the overall stress relief heat treatment after welding, high strength, and lightweight

2. Fluid end: The hydraulic cylinder is made of alloy forged steel with high strength and high-pressure resistance.

3. The piston rod and the intermediate rod are connected by a clamp, which can realize quick assembly and disassembly.

4. The cylinder liner and piston are cooled and lubricated by an independent spray pump device, with high installation and alignment accuracy and long service life.

5. The hydraulic cylinder, suction valve, discharge valve, and other main components and wearing parts have a high degree of "standardization, generalization, and serialization", and can be interchanged with the same type of drilling pump.
