Type of Hanger

The polished bore receptacle liner hanger is divided into two types: slip type and mandrel type. The slip type bush hanger is also divided into WD type slip hanger, cg-21 type slip hanger, cg-22 type slip hanger and cg-29 type slip hanger. It can also be designed flexibly according to customer requirements and actual working conditions.

WD type slip hanger manually excites slip to block surface casing, which is used for bottom connection of casing head, which is suitable for various casing pipes.

Cg-21 slip hanger can be separated and manually excited with rubber seal, and it is with”H” sealing ring to achieve reliable sealing when the casing is in suspension or cut-off state. It is used for surface casing or casing with cementing mud returning to the ground, which is suitable for various casing programs.

Cg-22 slip hanger is an annular hanger composed of seal ring, slip and supporting bowl, which can be separated. When the casing is suspended, the sealing ring under the slip can automatically seal the casing due to the gravity of the casing string. The casing deflection can be reduced by controlling the friction, which is easy to install and economical.

Compared with the conventional hanger, the cg-29 slip hanger has larger bearing capacity and smaller casing deflection. When the upper end slip moves downward and applies pressure to the sealing ring, the lower end slip of the polished hole socket liner hanger can automatically engage and control the compression. Since the lower slip does not move with the casing, it will not generate a large compression force like the conventional tapered slip.

Basic parameters applicable places: it is applicable to various casing program test pressures: take 80% of casing anti extrusion or working pressure, and take two low value working media: oil, natural gas, mud, gas containing H2S and CO2  Working temperature: - 46 ° C ~ 121 ° C (Lu level)  Specification level: PSL1 ~ 4 Performance level: PR1 ~ 2.
