1. The seat of the flat gate valve
The valve seat adopts O-ring sealing and floating valve seat structure with pre-tightening force, so that the inlet and outlet of the flat gate valve are sealed in both directions; and the opening and closing torque of this structure is only 1/2 of the ordinary valve, which can easily open and close the valve.
When fully open, the channel is smooth and straight, the flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, and there is no pressure loss, and the pipeline can be cleaned through the hair ball.
The packing structure with self-sealing capability is adopted, which does not need to be adjusted frequently. It is very easy to open and close, and the sealing performance of the flat gate valve is reliable. There is an auxiliary sealing grease injection structure at the stuffing box, which truly achieves zero leakage and solves the problem that the general valve packing is most prone to leakage.
When the flat gate valve is closed, the high pressure in the inner cavity can be automatically discharged to ensure safe use; the flat gate valve has a fully enclosed structure with good protection performance and can adapt to all-weather requirements.
The sealing structure of the valve seat should be elastic and preloaded, and the upstream and downstream sealing seats are sealed at the same time, and the valve seat and the sealing object are always face-to-face sealing.
The valve seat has a self-cleaning function, and is not directly scoured by the airflow during the opening or closing of the flat gate valve. Seats should be made of lubricated, non-wearing material.
The failure of the valve actuator will not affect other parts of the valve, and repair and replacement work can be carried out without dismantling the valve.

8. Flat gate valve overall stop
The integral casting bracket stop device locates the assembled bracket valve disc, making the valve seat more stable and reliable.
The metal-to-metal sealing valve has a grease injection structure outside the valve body. The grease enters the valve sealing surface through the grease injector and the valve seat, so that the valve can achieve zero leakage.
The valve seat is inlaid with PTFE on the sealing surface, and the WKM gate valve has double sealing of PTFE to metal and metal to metal. The PTFE sealing surface also removes the dirt on the gate.
The gate plate and valve seat are treated by special process, spray-welded with cemented carbide, wear-resistant tetrafluoroethylene, to achieve double sealing, and can be injected with grease to assist the double protection of the sealing, the sealing is more reliable and the service life is longer.
The gate of the valve with diversion hole, whether it is fully open or fully closed, always matches the sealing surface, and the sealing surface is protected from direct scouring by the medium, thereby extending the service life. The valve is provided with an indicator rod or observation window to indicate the opening and closing of the flat gate valve.
