After quenching, the tempering temperature is selected at 630℃, and the holding time is 50 minutes. For subcritical quenching, the heating temperature is selected between 740-810℃.
The heating temperature for subcritical quenching is 780℃, and the holding time for quenching heating is 15 minutes. As subcritical quenching is heated in the α+γ dual-phase zone where partial undissolved ferrite is quenched, the toughness increases while maintaining high strength.
