Before the screw drilling tool leaves the factory, the connecting threads between each part have been coated with anaerobic glue and tightened according to the specified torque, and do not need to be tightened again before use.
Lift the drilling tool with the lifting sub, insert it into the turntable slip, make the bypass valve on the turntable, install the safety slip, remove the lifting sub, and check the flexibility of the bypass valve by pressing it with a wooden stick. Lower the spool, then loosen it, the spool will return to normal under the action of the spring force, press it down 3-5 times repeatedly, the spool will not be blocked and move flexibly, and then lower the bypass hole of the drilling tool to the bottom of the drill disk When the pump is turned on, the bypass hole is closed, the motor starts, the drive joint rotates, and after the pump is stopped, the valve core is reset, the mud is expelled from the bypass hole, and the drilling tool is normal.
(1) When the drilling tool goes down the well, strictly control the lowering speed to prevent the motor from reversing when it is too fast, so that the internal connection thread is tripped, and at the same time prevent the drilling tool from being damaged when passing through sand bridges, casing shoes, etc.
(2) When entering a deep well section or encountering a high temperature well section, and when passing through a fluid sand layer well section, the mud should be circulated regularly to cool the drilling tool, protect the stator rubber, and prevent sand blockage.
(3) When the drilling tool is close to the bottom of the hole, slow down the speed, circulate in advance and then continue to drill down. The circulation is first with a small displacement, and after the mud returns from the wellhead, the displacement is increased.
(4) It is not allowed to drill or seat the drilling tool at the bottom of the well.
(1) Before drilling, the bottom of the well should be fully cleaned, and the circulating pump pressure should be measured.
(2) The drilling pressure should be slowly increased at the beginning of drilling. When drilling normally, the driller can control the operation with the following formula: drilling pump pressure = circulating pump pressure + drilling tool load pressure drop.
(3) Start drilling, and the drilling speed should not be too fast. At this time, the drilling tool and the drill bit are very tight, and the bottom of the well has not been cleaned, which is easy to produce mud bag of the drill bit.
(4) The torque generated by the drilling tool is proportional to the pressure drop of the motor, so increasing the WOB can increase the torque.
(5) Uniform drilling can ensure smooth curve and orientation accuracy of the well section.
(1) Rinse the bypass valve with clean water, and use a wooden stick to move the valve core up and down until it can be closed flexibly.
(2) Use a pipe wrench to bite the drilling tool, use a chain wrench to turn the drive joint clockwise, inject clean water from the top of the bypass valve to clean the inside of the drilling tool, and finally inject a small amount of mineral oil into the motor.
(3) Pay attention to the speed of tripping to prevent sticking and damage to the drilling tool.
(4) Measure the bearing clearance of the drilling tool. If the bearing clearance exceeds the maximum tolerance, the drilling tool should be repaired and the new bearing should be replaced (for the workover drill, the axial clearance of the bearing should be adjusted).
