The main process of oil and gas field exploration and development: geological survey—physical prospecting—drilling—logging—logging— cementing—completion—perforation—oil production—workover—increased production—transport—processing, etc. These links are closely linked and interdependent and inseparable.
The following mainly introduces the method of cementing:
The plug that is connected to the drill string is inserted into the sealed socket of the casing floating hoop or floating shoe, and cement is injected through the drill string to perform the cementing operation, which is called inner tube string cementing. Internal tubing cementing is mainly used for cementing large-sized (16 "~ 30") pipes or surface casing.
First put the casing to the predetermined well depth, and then install the cement head, rubber plug (top plug and bottom plug), circulate the cement, apply the isolation fluid, put the bottom plug, and then inject the cement slurry, then throw the top plug to start the mud replacement. The bottom plug fell on the floating hoop and was penetrated. The top and bottom plugs are pressed, and the cementing ends.
The tail pipe cementing is to use a drill pipe to send the tail pipe to the suspension design depth, then the tail pipe is suspended from the outer casing through the tail pipe hanger. First, the tail pipe hanger is seated, and then the cement is injected and the drill pipe glue is started. After the plug replacement and the drill pipe rubber plug cut the tail pipe rubber plug, the tail pipe rubber plug coincides with the tail pipe rubber plug, and it descends and hits the ball seat to complete the cementing.
