The choke valve is a valve that controls the flow of fluid by changing the cross-section of the length of the choke.
For ordinary choke valves, some products can arbitrarily swap the inlet and outlet, and some products cannot. In the specific use of the choke valve, it should be connected to the system according to the product instructions. The choke valve should not be operated at a small valve opening, otherwise, it is easy to block and cause the actuator to crawl.
The stroke choke valve and the one-way stroke choke valve should be fixed on the machine-based surface of the stroke stopper path with screws. The installation direction can be determined according to the needs; the stroke and inclination angle of the stopper or cam should be manufactured based on the product description. The stroke should not be too big, and the inclination angle should not be too wide.
The valve opening of the choke valve should be adjusted according to the speed requirements of the actuator, and it should be locked after adjustment to prevent the adjusted valve opening of the choke from being changed due to looseness.
1. The malfunction of the flow regulation:
The reason for the malfunction of the flow regulation could be the failure of the seal, the failure of the spring, and the oil pollution that causes the valve core to jam. In order to deal with it, you should disassemble or replace the spring, disassemble and wash the valve or change the oil;
2. Unstable flow:
The unstable flow may be caused by clogged orifice, excessive internal leakage, and high oil temperature. In this regard, the oil temperature can be appropriately lowered, so that the load will not change or change as little as possible;
3. The stroke choke valve cannot be depressed or reset
The reason for this may be that the valve core is blocked or the drain port is blocked, which may cause the valve core reaction force to be too large and the spring fails; at this time, the valve core should be disassembled or replaced, and the spring should be checked and replaced.
