Fracturing wellheads can generally be divided into two categories:
① Fracturing the wellhead with a Christmas tree.
② Special fracturing wellheads with large bends, pitchers, wellhead ball valves and wellhead controllers.
At present, there are many types of fracturing manifolds, and their bearing capacity and maximum sand passing capacity are also different. Commonly used are fracturing manifolds and dedicated surface manifolds. The special ground manifold has 8 connection heads, and the fracturing car can choose any one connection. The high-pressure pipeline has an outer diameter of Ф76mm and an inner diameter of Ф60mm. The highest pressure can reach 100MPa.
